Coveron completes SOC 2 Type II certification with zero exceptions

LONDON, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Coveron, an identity theft and scam protection service developed by Nord Security, is proud to announce that it has successfully completed SOC 2 Type II certification. Coveron concluded the audit with zero exceptions and recommendations, underlining the brand's commitment to protecting its customers' data.

Coveron is the fifth and final product within the Nord Security product family to complete this year's SOC 2 Type II audits. Earlier this year, NordLayer, a toggle-ready network security platform for businesses, NordLayer Browser, an enterprise browser, NordPass, a password manager, and NordLayer Intelligence by NordStellar, a threat intelligence platform, all completed their audits with no exceptions. With Coveron now joining their ranks, all five of this year's audits were completed with a perfect record.

"Trust is the foundation of identity protection, and that trust must be earned through action," says Tomas Sinicki, managing director at Coveron. "Completing the SOC 2 Type II certification without a single exception or recommendation reflects the rigorous security culture we apply to everything we build. Combined with the results achieved by other Nord Security products, this milestone demonstrates that our commitment to the highest security standards spans across our portfolio."

SOC 2 is a security framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to ensure service providers securely manage customer data.
